REGISTRATION DAYS – 2019

Dear Parents/Players

It is that time of the year when the TJFC needs to organise the upcoming Football season. It is now compulsory to register your child/children ON-LINE for school year 3’s* to year 12’s and Girls due to the new privacy laws.

* Please note all year 3 players including those who played Auskick last year must register as a new player.

The Club will be holding three registration days for new players, Auskicks, transferring players or players who do not have access to a computer or needs assistance.

Registrations will be held at Thornlie Football Club, Berehaven Ave Thornlie. There is an ATM at the Sports Club. We will also accept Eftpos payments.

No photo’s will be required this year for player ID’s.

Online registrations must be completed by 1:00pm Sunday 25th February 2018.

Registration Days for season 2019 are:

Friday 15th February 5.00pm to 7.30pm (At Thornlie Twilight Markets)
Wednesday 20th February 5.00pm – 7.30pm
Sunday 24th February 10.00am – 1.00pm

All membership fees for the 2019 season include 2019 Team Photo and mandatory association ball fee’s. Once again the ball fees have been included in the fees to make it easier for Parents and Team Managers to collect at the start of the season. They however do not include the players team contribution towards the end of year team wind up, this will be organised on a team basis by the teams Manager.

The membership fees are as follows:

Auskick (Includes AFL Auskick Pack) $140

Year 3’s – Year 5’s Mixed $155
Year 6’s $165
Year 7’s, 8’s, $185
Year 9’s,10’s $195
Year 11’s, 12’s $210

**For parents of girls team members, this season the girls will be playing the same number of games as the mixed teams so the cost for all teams in that age group are the same.

Optional Fundraising Levy (per family) – $30. If payment has not been made for the fundraising levy chocolates will be given to the youngest player in your family.

* Online payments will incur a 3.9% processing fee

FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION – (Or Payment Plans can be set up with our Treasurer)

PLAYER REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL FEES HAVE BEEN PAID

A 3rd player from the same family is half price plus ball fees. A 4th player from the same family is only required to pay ball fees.

For online registrations the registration medical forms will be supplied via email once registration has been received. All forms need to be completed in full and returned to your team manager at your first training session.

The online terms and conditions include the TJFC Code of Conduct and must be read by both parent and player carefully as they are a condition of registration.

I urge you to register as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment, as places are limited. Players will be placed in a team on receipt of registration fees. We look forward to another successful season this year. For any queries please contact one of the following:
